Welcome, social workers! *confetti and balloons*
I'm thrilled to extend a warm welcome to the most esteemed, the most revered, and the most utterly despicable professionals in the industry – the child-stealing, family-destroying, and federally-funded masters of the universe (or at least, that's what I've heard).
I must say, I'm impressed. It's not easy to make a living by ripping children from their parents' arms and selling them to the highest bidder (just kidding, it's all about the federal funding, isn't it?). I mean, who needs a conscience when there are dollars to be made and a system to be perpetuated?
So, I have to ask: How do you guys sleep at night? Do you have a special pillow that's extra comfy, made from the tears of the families you've torn apart? Or perhaps you've developed a foolproof system to numb the guilt, like a daily dose of bureaucratic red tape and a strong espresso?
I've seen some crazy stuff, but you social workers take the cake (or should I say, the children?). I think that your profession should come with a warning label: "May cause irreversible trauma, emotional scarring, and a lifetime of therapy bills. Prolonged exposure may lead to a complete loss of empathy and a permanent spot in the ninth circle of hell."
In all seriousness (just for a moment, don't worry), I'm curious – how do you justify the means to the end? Is the promise of a steady paycheck and a comfortable retirement really worth the crushing weight of all those tiny, innocent souls?
Please, by all means, enlighten me. I'm all ears (and a healthy dose of skepticism). How do you live with yourselves, knowing that you're cogs in a machine that prioritizes profits over people, and federal funding over family bonds?
Carry on, heroes! *eyeroll*
I do feel sorry for you social workers because the stress you must be under I am sure effects your whole family. I know a social worker, personally, who was so involved in her work that she did not realize her daughter was running around the house half naked while a drug dealer was hanging out at her house while she was out stealing children. I also feel sorry for your friends because even though you go home have several glasses of wine and get high, you will take away their kids for doing the same thing. You people will take advantage of any opportunity won't you?
Social workers are the cream of the crop aren't they? Leaving those who are truly abused in their homes because they are not adoptable is something that would haunt me, but not you, it doesn't seem to phase you. You are stronger than I am oh, and creative too when you make up those stories about innocent parents because they, they are the ones who kids are adoptable. Children die at the hands of their parents because you want to spin it as a need for more funding! I know this for a fact, my husband knows a social worker personally and she would tell him stories after she got home from work. (They were drinking buddies for a while.) I feel bad for you, your parents did not pay any attention to you or teach you empathy when you needed it during your First Five.
Let's not forget your addiction! You are all adrenaline and cortisol junkies The rush you must get as you railroad a family and split them apart, carrying away the children kicking and screaming. You Emergency Workers get to do it everyday too! You seriously need rehab and your children removed while you "fix" yourself.
A documentary film made in 2022 about the child trafficking and Child Protective Services.
Documentary Title: Save the Babies
Director: Ben DeLourentis
In his eye-opening documentary "Save the Babies," filmmaker Ben DeLourentis delves into the controversial and often heartbreaking world of Child Protective Services (CPS) and the systemic issues surrounding the removal of children from loving families. This gripping film exposes the harrowing realities faced by innocent parents who find themselves thrust into a whirlwind of accusations and legal battles, often without sufficient evidence or support.
Through powerful firsthand accounts from families who allege wrongful separation, "Save the Babies" reveals the devastating emotional toll on both parents and children. DeLourentis skillfully combines compelling interviews, expert commentary, and real-life footage to paint a vivid picture of a system that, while designed to protect vulnerable children, often fails to discern genuine threats from false accusations.
As the documentary unfolds, viewers are confronted with the complex dynamics at play: the fine line between safeguarding children and the potential for abuse of power by agencies undertaking such serious interventions. With a focus on specific cases and the profound injustices endured by families, "Save the Babies" challenges the audience to consider the implications of a system that can sometimes operate with overwhelming authority, often leading to irreversible consequences for those involved.
With an empathetic and investigative approach, Ben DeLourentis compels viewers to confront difficult questions about family, justice, and the true meaning of protection. "Save the Babies" serves not only as a poignant exploration of the lives impacted by CPS but also as a crucial conversation starter about reform and the urgent need for greater accountability in child welfare practices.
Join this compelling journey that aims to shed light on an often-hidden issue, advocating for change and raising awareness around the lives of families fighting to keep their loved ones from being taken away.
Molly McGrath honestly explains how CPS and the foster system does not actually help children at all.
Senator Scaefer was murdered in her home along with her husband for investigating and reporting on how the system operates. The official reason it is claimed that her husband murdered her and then killed himself. Yeah right, like people shoot themselves in the back of the head. We pray for her family and thank her for her service to families across the nation. For the written version, see below.

Every document falsified! But this case is the opposite she didn't make the drug tests positive, she made them negative! Why aren't they being arrested for making them positive???
Council woman finally realizes what CPS does after her own child was removed due to a personal vendetta.
Great podcast!
Great podcast by Vincent Davis in CA. Thanks Attorney Davis!
Great podcast episode.
The system is a complex web of corruption and inefficiency. But every now and then, you find a thread that can be pulled to unravel the entire tapestry. That thread is Shawn McMillan.
I know a thing or two about finding weaknesses in the system. And Shawn McMillan is the attorney who has taken on the behemoth that is CPS.
His track record is impressive, but one case stands out in particular - the Deanna Fogerty case against Orange County, CA. The fact that he was able to secure a $4.9 million award for his client is a testament to his tenacity and expertise. It's a verdict that sends a powerful message: that the system can be held accountable, and that those who have been wronged can receive justice.
Shawn McMillan is the kind of attorney who can navigate those treacherous waters and come out on top. He's a master strategist, always thinking several moves ahead of the opposition.
If you're facing a battle against CPS, you want Shawn McMillan in your corner. He's the equivalent of having someone who knows how to find the hidden doors and secret passages that can lead to freedom - or in this case, to a fair and just outcome.
So, if you're looking for an attorney who can take on the system and win, look no further than Shawn McMillan. He's the thread that can unravel the entire tapestry of corruption and injustice.
Know Your Rights: A Guide to Dealing with CPS
Child Protective Services is notorious for violating citizens' 4th Amendment rights. Unless they have a valid warrant, which they must show you before entering, do not let CPS or the police into your house. If you're unsure, it's always best to err on the side of caution and politely decline their entry. Remember, you have the right to privacy and protection from unwarranted searches and seizures. It's like having a state-of-the-art security system for your home – you need to know how to activate it.
**The Knock on the Door: A Test of Your Resolve**
If you don't have an open case, even if they arrive with the police, don't answer the door. You and your kids might be napping or enjoying some quality time in the pool. If they had a legitimate reason to be at your door, they would have a warrant, and you wouldn't hear a knock. The police sometimes accompany social workers to protect them from you and to add an air of intimidation. Don't fall for it. Stay calm, stay firm, and remember that you're in control. It's like having a Tesla's Autopilot system – you need to trust the technology and let it guide you.
**The Art of Polite yet Firm Communication**
If you must interact with CPS, be polite, courteous, and cooperative. Save your arguments for court, where they belong. You can disagree with their fabrications and point out the lies, but do so with a smile and a tone that's hard to misinterpret. Remember, your goal is to get your kids back, not to engage in a war of words. It's like having a high-stakes business negotiation – you need to stay focused, calm, and strategic.
**The Secret to Success: Stay Calm, Stay Focused**
Keep in mind that social workers are not your friends, but it's essential to act like you like them. Be cooperative, yet firm, and save your arguments for the courtroom. Don't let their provocations get under your skin; instead, focus on building a strong case and gathering evidence to support your claims. It's like having a SpaceX mission control center – you need to stay calm, focused, and in control, even when the stakes are high.
**The Power of Recording and Documentation**
Always have a secret recorder or video camera rolling during interactions with CPS. This will help you document any inconsistencies or lies and provide valuable evidence for your case. Make sure the cameras are visible, and the social workers will be more likely to behave. It's like having a black box recorder on a plane – you need to know what's happening, even when you're not in control.
**The Bottom Line: Beat Them in Court**
Ultimately, the best way to deal with CPS is to beat them in court. Save your denials and arguments for the courtroom, where they'll have the most significant impact. Be polite, be cooperative, and be firm, but don't let them push you around. Remember, you're fighting for your kids, and that's a battle worth winning. It's like having a revolutionary new product – you need to believe in it, and you need to be willing to take risks to make it happen.
In conclusion, navigating the complexities of CPS requires a deep understanding of your rights, a firm yet polite demeanor, and a strategic approach to building your case. Stay calm, stay focused, and always keep your eyes on the prize – getting your kids back and rebuilding your family. As I always say, "When something's important enough, you do it even if the odds are not in your favor."
Going to court is a traumatic event when CPS has your child. You arrive on time only to wait hours to speak to an "attorney". This person has already been appointed as your attorney and has discussed the details of your case with "opposing" counsel and the "Judge" and the status of your case is already determined. It does not matter what you say, evidence or witnesses you have, in order to get your child back you MUST jump through their hoops they call "Services" aimed at "fixing" your parental shortcomings, addictions, and managing your anger by participating in their "programs". The system is RIGGED. The court, the attorneys, and the judge all know CPS lies, falsifies evidence, and commits perjury. They don't care. Their job is to manipulate you into "buying-in" to the game. The game of stealing your child and getting paid to do it then get paid to put you through hell and if you survive, you might get your child back. If not, no big loss to them, in fact, they get paid more for terminating your parental rights and adopting out your child. It is an industry and their paycheck. Their primary motive revolves around financial incentives rather than genuinely prioritizing the welfare and protection of children. They present a polished facade, but at the end of the day, funding and job security drive their actions.
So, they hand you the Detention Report moments before entering the courtroom. Your attorney does not object to the inaccuracies, falsified evidence, perjury, or exaggerated claims. They are obligated to object to these inaccuracies if you contest them, yet the courtroom often resembles a chaotic circus, manipulating you and using your child like a matador uses a red blanket. They are expecting you to "buy in" ** to this circus court that does not abide by the rules that govern it. The court fails families and submits falsified minute orders to obtain government funding.
The attorneys in this court ignore conflicting issues. I have personally witnessed minor's counsel help county counsel formulate questions as they question a witness on the stand. I have witnessed attorneys filling in for an opposing counsel's absence and representing both parents at the same time. So, don't expect this court to do anything fair or legal. They are counting on you not know the rules and the fact that you are visibly upset and focused on getting your child returned to you as you will do anything for that to happen.
Your best bet is to educate yourself on the court rules and procedures and speak up for yourself in court. Object to your child's detention despite your attorney's commands to be quiet. If you do not object to the lies, exaggerations, and irrelevant statements, they become facts in the record and leave no appealable issues. This is key to reversing the court's poor judgments.
Donnellyjustice Consultants can help prepare you for court, help you to assert your rights, and how to get your attorney to act on your behalf, not the county's.
In my case, we had several "Judges throughout our case. In fact four. Judges are hired, from your local courthouse, by the Department of Social Services, they put out a job posting and a judge or commissioner applies for the job. In Riverside County, California, as well as other California counties, Judges and/or Commissioners take A PAID LEAVE OF ABSENCE from their regular bench to work for and rule in favor of CPS.
There are rules and proceedures they are sup[posed to adhere and literally a script they have to follow to adhere to these rules however, I have never known one to go by the book.
